 Training WA - New Website

The Department of Education and Training has released a new website to assist in the search for training options in Western Australia.

The site has information on training courses, the Triple P program, career information and much more.

  A Transport Plan for Australia – National Transport Commission 

In May 2009 Ministers agreed to implement the future work agenda flowing from NTC’s National Transport Policy Framework advice through a streamlined structure of subcommittees of the Standing Committee on Transport (SCOT).
The subcommittees will focus on Productivity, Safety, Environment, Security, Maritime and Network Performance agendas framed around ensuring transport infrastructure and operations can play their essential role in underpinning a return to economic growth.
This new structure will be operational by November 2009.
In endorsing this new structure Ministers acknowledged the numerous achievements of the Working Groups to date in developing national transport initiatives.
